I would like to incorporate your data into our website system so that our users can allow or deny countries that they do not want visiting their websites. Is there a place I can download in 1 file all of the country IP's in CIDR format for use in our website system?

First, you are using CIDR not Netmask Format.

Second, both networks you mention, 194.149.65.0/23, 193.194.153.0/23 are correct. Though would be written differently in Netmask Format:

194.149.65.0/255.255.254.0
193.194.153.0/255.255.254.0

Both networks are assigned through RIPENCC

194.149.65.0 - 194.149.66.255

193.194.153.0 - 193.194.154.255

Both networks are /23.

Both networks are stated correctly in our database.

If you are looking for additional routing information you can find it on RIPENCC.

If you have additional information please let us know.

Two entries from the RU list give an error:

route add -net 194.149.65.0/23 reject
route add -net 193.194.153.0/23 reject

ERROR:

netmask doesn't match route address
