There is a well-known DNS server 4.2.2.2 and it is in the list. How come?
I thought about putting these ranges into my firewall, but after what I found to be false positive I’m not gonna do it.

Are these IP numbers simply a list of IP numbers for each country, or are they the IP numbers of just the spammers??
